Day 1: Hanoi -Thanh Son

Day 3: Nghia Lo - Mu Cang Chai(83km) –Than Uyen (120km)

Distance: 120 kilometers (from Than Uyen)

Overnight in Than Uyen

Day 4: Than Uyen –Sapa

Distance: 120 kilometers

Overnight in Sapa

Day 5: Sapa – Lao Cai – Night train back to Hanoi

Distance: approx. 36 kilometers by bike to Lao Cai

Day 6: Arrival in Hanoi ( at 5.30 am)
