The following services will be provided by ToDeCo on request at the Vietnamese-German Center of Developing Consultation:

- Consulting and support in building and consolidation of relationships, cooperations and partnerships in the fields of culture, economy, science and technology as well as transfer of technologies. 

- Provision and supply of information as well as teaching aids in all the previously mentioned fields about Vietnam and Germany.

- Partnership or independent drafting of experts’ reports and data mining for scientific research in sociology and ethnology. 

- Monitoring and evaluation as well as assessments of cooperation projects between Vietnam and Germany, mainly projects concerning the rural development through vocational training, job creation resp. job services.

- Placement of Vietnamese and German specialista for development projects and joint-venture companies as well as consulting about professional qualification. Mentoring for Vietnamese and German interns working in development politics. 

- Consulting in the following fields: Vocational training/promotion of employment and setting up business, with a focus on youth in rural areas. 

- Provision of translations and technical translations. 

- Training of regional studies and intercultural training for Vietnamese students in preparation for studies at German universities. 

- Training of regional studies and intercultural training for German experts in preparation for their work in Vietnam.

- Consulting in intercultural communication and support for conflict management in cooperation projects.
