1. Visa on arrival:

ToDeCo will apply for a tourist visa for our customers with the Vietnamese authorities. For this, personal data are required like the names, passport number, nationality and sex of applicant. 

ToDeCo will inform ist customers via e-mail about the approval of the tourist visa ( allow an approximate duration of procedure of two weeks). This written approval and two pass photos must be delivered to the immigration authorities, a handling fee of 25 US $ is to be paid and the visa will be issued at the point of immigration.

2. Application of visa by approval number

Tourists can also apply for a visa in their home countries at the Vietnamese embassy. For this, ToDeCo will apply for an approval number in Vietnam and will send this to their customers via e-mail. This approval number will allow the customer to apply for a visa (also via mail) at the Vietnamese embassy either in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
